Stan′s DART Tubeless Repair Refills

Dual-action repair for big tubeless punctures.

We developed the Dual Action Repair for Tubeless (DART) to fix large tubeless cuts and punctures faster, easier and more reliably than traditional plugs. Unlike rubber-strip plugs, the DART creates both a mechanical and a chemical seal: it anchors in the puncture and reacts with Stan’s sealant to form a permanent airtight repair.

Traditional plug tools were designed for car tires, and their long, sharp tips can damage rim tape or cut hands, while their plugs can enlarge punctures. The DART’s plastic tip and strong woven material anchor securely and stay put even during aggressive riding, wear naturally flush, and never need trimming. Read less
