Of course, all products purchased from Hi5Bikes have a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty depends on the manufacturer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence of the product. Hi5Bikes handles warranty issues, but the manufacturer of the product is ultimately responsible for whether the damage is covered by the warranty. We only deal with warranty issues for products purchased from us. The best way to get things started is to send us an email.

Yes. All the products in stock are available in store as well.

We do shock- and fork service in cooperation with Fillariosa.
Shocks and forks are delivered to Fillariosa directly from the Herttoniemi store.
We offer Resurs Bank financing for bikes and components.
In Finland: all packages are sent with 7€ postage cost. If the total price of your order exceeds 150€, you will receive your order free of postage cost. All pick ups are free of cost.
In EU, postage cost varies between 12-25€ depending on country. When you have products on cart, you can choose desired delivery country and this will change postage cost automatically.
The phone is answered whenever one of the sellers is available. If you didn’t catch us on the first try, try again in a moment. The best time to call is in the middle of the day.
We receive several dozen emails daily and go through them in chronological order. During busy times, email goes a little slower, but we will sure answer your mail!
