1. Return and exchange?
  • Online orders : 14-day exchange and return policy.

The right to exchange and return only applies to unused, non-installed and sellable products in the original packaging. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Instructions for return : Put the products to be returned in the box, and take them to the nearest Posti office. Mention in the mail that this is a Customer Return and ID: 608024. We will deduct 7 € from the return amount, Posti’s customer return postage. Refunds will always be made to the same payment method in which the order was placed. Attach a free-form written return paper in the box.

Instructions for exchanging the product: In accordance with the return instructions above, return the products to us, and place a new order for the products you want, through our online store.

You can also send the package at your own expense, but in this case you need to make sure that the package is delivered to the store door.

We will deduct a reasonable refund from the refundable amount if the original packaging or labels attached to the product are missing / removed.

2. Warranty?

Of course, all products purchased from Hi5Bikes have a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty depends on the manufacturer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence of the product. Hi5Bikes handles warranty issues, but the manufacturer of the product is ultimately responsible for whether the damage is covered by the warranty. We only deal with warranty issues for products purchased from us. The best way to get things started is to send us an email.

3. Is Hi5Bikes just an online store?

In addition to the online store, we have a store in Puusepänkatu 11 in Herttoniemi, Helsinki

4. Are in stock products available also in Hi5Bikes Herttoniemi?

Yes. All the products in stock are available in store as well.

5. Do you service bikes?

Yes, we do service all bikes no matter the brand or model! If you have cargo/box bike, please contact us before bringing the bike in so we can make sure there is space for it.

6. Are you open on weekends?

Yes. Our Herttoniemi store is also open on Saturdays 10-15.

7. Do you offer finance or part payment?

We offer Resurs Bank financing for bikes and components.

8. Shipping cost?

In Finland: all packages are sent with 6,5-7€ postage cost. Price depends on which delivery method you take. If the total price of your order exceeds 150€, you will receive your order free of postage cost. All pick ups are free of cost.

In EU, postage cost varies between 12-25€ depending on country. When you have products on cart, you can choose desired delivery country and this will change postage cost automatically.
