Premium Youth Upgrade Kit

The industry’s first all-in-one junior contact point package, designed to upgrade the essential parts of your little one’s bike. The kit includes the Slater 650 bar, a 650mm wide handlebar with a smaller 19mm OD (compared to the usual 22.2mm), offering better control, comfort, and reduced fatigue for smaller hands. Also included are 22.2 shims, allowing you to mount traditional brake and shifter clamps to the smaller bar. The Slater Jr grips feature dual-density rubber on an integrated, one-piece clamp and core, perfectly paired with the 19mm OD bars. They are soft, comfortable, and easy to grip for smaller hands.

Next, the kit includes our Slater 90 pedals, featuring a 90mm x 90mm platform that’s ideal for smaller feet. These pedals are built with replaceable, less aggressive pins on a nylon composite body, a CroMo axle, and sealed DU bushings. Completing the kit is the Fly Jr saddle, ergonomically designed to fit smaller sit bones with a slight rear rise platform, nose platform, and peri-canal groove for maximum comfort. This ensures your child can focus on riding and not on discomfort, making for a fun family adventure.
