Race Face′s Narrow/Wide single chainring features performance-enhancing, chain retention technology. Every other tooth on the chainring is narrow, and every other is wide, mirroring the alternating narrow and wide gaps between chain links, effectively keeping the chain in place.

The chainring attaches to the crank using a bottom bracket tool, such as the Park Tool BBT-22. The chainring is not compatible with cranks from other manufacturers.
