A tapered head tube with external headset cups stiffens up the front end and accepts an Amplitude G200 carbon gravel fork. Maximum tyre size matches the frame at 700 × 47mm.
Adaptable internal cable routing allows for a consistent look to the 931 with a wide variety of drivetrains. Like all Croix De Fers, the 931 frameset can also take a dropper seatpost.
Stick in volumous 700 x 47mm tyres to maximise traction and comfort, or run a slender 38mm slick for a capable all-road option.
The 931 accepts a plethora of modern tyres.
Very responsive, nearly indestructible, and incredibly beautiful.
Reynolds 931 is a seamless, cold-worked steel alloy from Carpenter Technology′s custom 630/17-4PH grade.
Your Way
At Genesis, we all love a custom build. Quirky or otherwise. For many years we have offered framesets as part of our product line and the latest generation of the Croix De Fer is no exception with three options to choose from.
The Croix De Fer 931 is our hero. The ultimate gravel riding material considering ride quality, longevity, strength and stiffness.
