Stan′s Crest MK4 29 Rear Wheel, 12X148 Microspline

Crest MK4: light gravel and XC wheels built to last.

When you want a light gravel and XC wheelset built to roll fast and last forever, the aluminum Crest MK4 is your choice. The 25 mm wide 6069 alloy rim with reinforced spoke bed and welded joint handles both higher-pressure 40 mm gravel tires and lower-pressure 2.3″ mountain tires, and its offset design improves spoke angles for a stronger wheel without compromising tubeless performance. All MK4 wheels of the same diameter use one spoke length, front and rear.

M-pulse hubs, designed with Project321 and CNC-machined in Bend, Oregon, use an innovative neodymium magnetic pawl mechanism for incredibly reliable engagement with virtually no drag. A full set of Enduro bearings and a 17 mm 7075 aluminum axle let M-pulse handle more than twice the force of Stan’s previous hubs, with easily adjustable bearing preload and just 1.66° of engagement.
