You can book time for Huoltopaketti such as, first- (Ensihuolto), seasonal- (Kausihuolto) and full service (Täyshuolto), or Pienempi huoltotyö tasks such as wheel truing and brake bleeding.
When you book service, please deliver your bike to our store no later than 10:30 on the day of booked service. The bike can be brought no earlier than 2 days before the scheduled maintenance time.

Forks and shocks are serviced in cooperation with Bas-Shop.
The suspension parts delivered to us, are picked up by Bas-Shop for service once a week, and normally they will be returned serviced after a week.
Depending on the seasons, maintenance queue can change, so fork/shock service can take longer than normal.

We will notify you of the completion of the service, according to your wishes, by text message and / or e-mail. The bike must be picked up for service within three (3) days of completing the service. After this, the storage fee is 5 € / day.
