I bought my first gravel bike and both when choosing and picking up the bike I received really good service. All my questions were answered, I learned a lot, the salespeople were lovely, relaxed guys and I felt welcome. Nothing was pushed, they really helped without rushing. The salespeople were really knowledgeable and wonderful. I had a lot of wishes, questions and things to install, but you were patient and kind and helped me even more than I could have asked for. Next time I need something, I know where to go!

Friendly and fast service. Unfortunately, this is not very typical in Finnish bike shops.
One of the screws I was looking for was found free of charge in the million-dollar box and I also got good advice. The shop was clean and the selection seemed good.

Really patient staff and helpful when it came to purchasing my new Mondraker Dusty R. Really appreciate the discount on the accessories for my new bike. They got my bike setup quickly and fixed the issue with to high of a seat. They have a decent selection of accessories. Explained the benefits to going tubeless as well.

Bought my bike online from Hi5Bikes. Ordered initially with shipping to my home but had the chance to visit the area and go to grab it myself. They prepped the bike within half an hour and was ready to go. I got returned the money from the shipping.
I noticed at home that the front wheel had deflated. Took the wheel to my local shop and got it repaired. Hi5Bikes refunded to me the service.
Highly recommend this place for any bicycle related matters. Really friendly and professional service.
